Netherhall Road, Maryport
Story Group are currently preparing a planning application for a proposed residential development on land at Netherhall Road, Maryport.
The site is located between Netherhall Rd to the south and Maryport C of E Junior School (Camp Rd School) to the north, and is in close proximity to the town centre, the secondary school, public transport links and the towns shops, services and facilities.
A drop-in public consultation event is being held at Maryport Town Hall, Senhouse Street, Maryport on Wednesday 18th August 2010 between 5pm and 8pm, at which plans will be displayed showing our initial thoughts for the scheme. Our team will be available to discuss the proposal and to receive comments and ideas from the community.
The plans which will be displayed are available to download below, along with a feedback form for anyone who wishes to provide comments on the proposal. All feedback forms should be returned to:
